Greetings,

So what is the backstory on this post. Apparently the implication is that someone is being paid to cast Rwanda in a positive light. I, too, have my doubts about Kagame's "we are all Rwandans" policy but it mostly based upon my African American experience with the myth of a colorblind American society. How can Kagame create a more representative govt. if he is promoting an "ethno-blind" society? Would love to hear more details about the mood of the average Rwandan these days. kzs
